Skj\u00e6rtorsdag ble vi invitert med til p\u00e5skeeggkoking p\u00e5 Hoved\u00f8ya. Det er visstnok en J\u00e6rsk tradisjon \u00e5 dra ut p\u00e5 fjorden en dag i p\u00e5sken for \u00e5 koke p\u00e5skeegg. Det ble en fin dag i Oslos skj\u00e6rg\u00e5rd. En kort liten tur med b\u00e5t fra storbyen, finner vi perlen Hoved\u00f8ya. Her er det flott natur. Og torsdag viste den seg fra sin beste side med masse fin p\u00e5skesol, noen skvaldrende gjess, glade barn og glade voksne. Med stormkj\u00f8kken og r\u00f8dsprit skulle eggene kokes. Naturligvis m\u00e5tte de bli p\u00e5skegule, og med l\u00f8kskall i vannet, ble de faktisk s\u00e5 gule som de kunne blitt. Kvelden f\u00f8r hadde vi ogs\u00e5 malt p\u00e5skeegg og disse skulle ogs\u00e5 kokes. Her er en liten bildekavalkade fra egg kokingen p\u00e5 stranda.<\/p>\n
