Ikke bare fotografering, men ogs\u00e5 alt det andre som gir mening, glede og undring i hverdagen.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Denne bloggen vil handle om det jeg selv opplever som meningsfullt, og kanskje kan den inspirere deg til \u00e5 stoppe opp litt \u2013 og kjenne etter hva som gir <em>deg<\/em> livsglede.<br>Kanskje vil du finne noe som treffer. Kanskje ikke. Men livet er fullt av mangt og meget, og noe er alltid verdt \u00e5 skrive om.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fra bilder til bobler av liv \ud83d\udcab<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fotografering er fremdeles min store lidenskap.<br>Jeg har jo den engelske bloggen min, <a href=\"https:\/\/elibragerphotography.com\/blog\/\">elibragerphotography.com<\/a>, hvor jeg deler reiser, bilder og kreative prosjekter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Et rom til \u00e5 utforske<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Men jeg merker at jeg trenger et rom til. Et sted hvor jeg kan skrive om alt som ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis passer inn der \u2013 som trening, musikk, kunst, politikk, tro, vennskap og natur.<br>Et sted for \u00e5 utforske andre temaer, samtaler om livet, rett og slett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hva du kan finne her<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blogginnleggene her kan handle om for eksempel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83c\udfc3\u200d\u2640\ufe0f Trening \u2013 hvordan jeg bruker Garmin-klokka mi for \u00e5 finne balanse mellom bevegelse og hvile\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jeg l\u00f8per en til to ganger i uka pluss styrketrening to ganger i uka<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83c\udf72 Maten som gir energi og ro\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jeg pr\u00f8ver \u00e5 faste i 16 timer i d\u00f8gnet, for s\u00e5 \u00e5 spise kun to m\u00e5ltider i de resterende \u00e5tte timene<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83c\udf32 Hvor mye det gj\u00f8r \u00e5 komme seg ut i naturen\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c5 g\u00e5 turer er noe av det beste jeg vet, dette kan jeg skrive mye mer om<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcf7 Hvorfor fotografering (og s\u00e6rlig mindful fotografering) er mer enn bare bilder \u2013 det er en m\u00e5te \u00e5 v\u00e6re til stede p\u00e5\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c5 v\u00e6re stille, lytte, se, puste, jorde seg, v\u00e6re tilstede b\u00e5de i naturen og i seg selv er viktig for et helt liv. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcac Vennskap, familie og de sm\u00e5 samtalene som gir mening\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sosialt samv\u00e6r er viktig, kunne le, tulle og t\u00f8yse litt, v\u00e6re alvorlig, diskutere og kommunisere p\u00e5 gode m\u00e5ter er berikende og energigivende. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2600\ufe0f Det \u00e5 tro p\u00e5 noe som er st\u00f8rre enn seg selv \u2013 og samtidig v\u00e6re fullt til stede her og n\u00e5\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jeg klarer ikke \u00e5 si nei til barnetroen, at det finnes noe mer mellom himmel og jord som er st\u00f8rre enn oss selv. Kanskje er det en Gud der, noen ganger kjennes det s\u00e5nn. At jeg er et del av et st\u00f8rre hele. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et sted for undring og deling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e5 sitter jeg her og skriver det f\u00f8rste innlegget \u2013 litt spent, men ogs\u00e5 med glede.<br>For jeg savner de \u00e6rlige samtalene om livet slik det faktisk leves. Ikke perfekte bilder, ikke fasitsvar \u2013 men de sm\u00e5 \u00f8yeblikkene som minner oss om at vi lever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I <em>Mangt og meget<\/em> vil du ogs\u00e5 finne AI-genererte illustrasjoner.
