Og en unik mulighet til \u00e5 meditere med kamera.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ro og harmoni, en meditasjon med kamera<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den ene dagen dro vi ned til Tanum strand i Sverige. Der nede er det et vilt kystlandskap med mange sm\u00e5 \u00f8yer i skj\u00e6rg\u00e5rden. Det er midt i blinken for \u00e5 drive Mindful Fotografering. Her kan du sitte i timesvis og bare se utover sj\u00f8en mot en holme eller et skj\u00e6r. Eller du kan g\u00e5 stille og rolig langs sj\u00f8kanten og kikke etter skjell og annet i fj\u00e6ra.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kanskje treffer du p\u00e5 en turg\u00e5er eller to, men mye folk er det ikke. Bare noen fugler og m\u00e5ker som f\u00f8lger med p\u00e5 hva du gj\u00f8r om du tar frem nista di.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeg synes tida fra januar til april er en fin tid \u00e5 vandre langs denne kysten. Da er det stille og rolig og lite mennesker, slik at den som er glad i \u00e5 se og lytte til naturen kan f\u00e5 mer enn god nok tid til det.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her kan du legge av alt stress og bare roe ned i ren naturmeditasjon. Det synes jeg er deilig.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her er to av landskapsbildene som jeg tok med mitt Olympus PEN F kamera og 14-140mm. Jeg blir fascinert av fargene i fjellet, den brune fargen i forkant i kontrast til den mer gr\u00e5 bl\u00e5e i bakgrunnen. Og det er kanskje greit slik det er ogs\u00e5. Det var ikke s\u00e5 mange fugler, men noen var det, og fremover n\u00e5 kommer det flere og flere. \u00c6rfugl har jeg ogs\u00e5 sett i Mossesundet n\u00e5.
