Today, during this coastal walk, it&#8217;s not just about getting fresh air or admiring the view, but also about photographing and exploring the surroundings with my mobile camera, my faithful companion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As I stride down towards the beach, I focus on what surrounds me. Spring, with its endless vitality, embraces me. It&#8217;s as if everything is coming to life, including myself. I feel it in the breeze playing with my hair, in the sound of the waves lapping, and in the birdsong filling the air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Birdsong with delightful trills<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> The birdsong is particularly enticing, and I let my senses soak in every tone. I stop to listen, curious about every melodious chirp. Even though I can&#8217;t identify all the birds, there&#8217;s something magical about their song, something that deeply fascinates me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The walk brings me to a tree where a bird sits and sings, and I feel like I&#8217;m in another world, a world of pure music. I try to capture the moment with my mobile phone. Documenting these moments is important to me; it&#8217;s like preserving a small piece of nature&#8217;s soul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Photographing catkins with a mobile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I stop to photograph the trees with their buds and catkins hanging down. It&#8217;s about being aware of one&#8217;s surroundings, both outer and inner. This is what Mindful Photography is about, being mindful of oneself, nature, and photography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There&#8217;s a kind of magic that happens when we are fully present at the moment when we are open to everything nature has to offer us. And it&#8217;s precisely then that the photographic treasures open up to us, and we can receive them with open hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So I end my walk with a smile, grateful for all the beautiful moments I&#8217;ve been allowed to experience, and ready to return another day to explore more of nature&#8217;s beauty.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Moss, spring has arrived, and a coastal walk inspires mindful photography.
