N\u00e5r sn\u00f8en laver ned og de fleste holder seg gode og varme innend\u00f8rs, blir jeg fristet til \u00e5 ta med kameraet og g\u00e5 ut i kulden og snev\u00e6ret. Det er i slike spesielle \u00f8yeblikk hvor jeg ikke skulle tro at noe skulle fange min oppmerksomhet at motivene kommer. Et vissent str\u00e5, en trestamme i bakgrunnen med sn\u00f8 p\u00e5, eller som p\u00e5 det midterste bilde bare krattskog. Og bildet dannes. Det blir Gestaltisk, helhetlig, framgrunn og bakgrunn sammen, men str\u00e5et som blir figur i dette bildet opptrer i framgrunn. Bakgrunnen kan virke rotete, men figuren hadde ikke v\u00e6rt den samme uten bakgrunnen. Jeg drar paralleller til mennesket, vi har med oss fortiden som en bakgrunn, men figurene, livene v\u00e5res utspiller seg akkurat her. I et fotografi kommer akkurat her \u00f8yeblikket opp, det varer i \u00f8yeblikket som det trykkes p\u00e5 utl\u00f8seren. S\u00e5 har det blitt et minne. Fotografiet er minner. I disse tre bildene, tre forskjellige str\u00e5, med tre forskjellige bakgrunner. Ogs\u00e5 vi kan v\u00e6re tre forskjellige mennesker med tre ulike bakgrunner.
